Advised a zinc wire manufacturer in India against an Italian manufacturer, for resolution of potential disputes, relating to the quality defects and warranty relating in the plant and machinery supplied by the Italian manufacturer.
Advising and drafting a technology license agreement for an Indian auto- component manufacturer, for licensing of technology from an entity based in Taiwan, related to battery packs and battery management system.
Advised an Indian group of hotels (borrower) against an Indian Financial Institution (lender) in a banking and finance related arbitration disputes.
